Product: HP ZBook 17 G5 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model

Current BIOS settings require HP start authentication - with either BIOS password or fingerprint.  I want to reset BIOS password to not require HP start authentication.  Please provide step by step instructions to accomplish my objective.

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
