the bsod/blue screen of death is showing up on my HP 6300 and idk how to fix it

If you power-off your computer, and then restart it, and repeat these two steps a few times, does it eventually start-up in "Recovery Mode" ?

On that BSOD, is there an English phrase, in addition to all the "keyboard=value" technical details?

Is the original HP Warranty still in effect? If so, HP will repair your computer?

Can you find a local-to-you owner/operator computer-store, with a technician who can trouble-shoot, for a fee? ($60/hour ???)

It depends on which "that" to which you you are referring.

If you see the BSOD ("Blue Screen Of Death"), press-and-hold the ON/OFF button for up to 30 seconds, until the computer powers off. Or, for a desktop computer, disconnect the power-cord that connects into the computer, and then reconnect the cable.
