Hi @kahev0
I am not sure what is going on. Sounds like a faulty BIOS update if this happened right after doing this update.
Did you get this BIOS update from HP Support Assistant or Windows Update?
Can you please provide more detail on what you see and hear when you power on the PC?
Regards

Hi Bil, the problem is that in the beginning of thist month there a message in the HP support software on my desktop that the Bios neede an upgrade. I downloaded this update and saved it on the fixed drive. On the start of the I nade a Flashdisk on USB with this update. Afterthat started the update and the software started to write on the disk and after a test of the update it gave that the desktop ( Omen HP 900-200nd) is restarten several times. It restarted 3 times and afterthat it was very quit after 15 min with no reaction I switched off the desktop. Now on trying to start it nothing happens it shows power on the lights and the display is the red Omen mark but no disk activity. Can I restore the last working Bios with a key setting? I tried Windows plus B , F2, Esc, F10......... no reaction.... Any sugestion????? Grt Henk

Hi @kahev0
Thanks for the additional info.
Sounds like a corrupted BIOS update. You have video but may have lost USB function (keyboard and mouse).
HP has some Desktop BIOS recovery options at this Site.
Other options are to contact HP Support. HP may reprogram the BIOS or replace the BIOS chip or replace the MB.
Or contact a local PC tech for assistance. The tech might be able to reprogram the BIOS using an external BIOS programmer even if the PC has no USB function .
Sorry, that is all I can provide when the BIOS is cooked.
