Not a lot of information but....
Power the system off, unplug it, You will need to open the case. locate and replace the 3volt coin cell battery they are about 2mm across and silver Battery number CR2032. A small screwdriver to release the catch which holds in place. make sure you put the replacemnet back in the right way up!
