I am writting to you because you need to know what HP Chile does to it's customers.
I live in Chile and bought a Pavillion all in one 27 inch.
I bought the 3 year extended guarantee from HP Chile on their website. It expires in march 2024. My computer died 2 days ago. After several attempts I was finally able to contacted HP technical service by Whatsapp. They will not stand behind the extended guarantee because they insist they must be able to connect remotely to verify it's dead. Which as any logical person would know is impossible, it's dead! That's why I need service. They refuse to give me the location of their secret service center. I tried calling corporate HP in Chile, and got an automated answering system. I went thought all the questions till I got to the option of talking to a service agent, it confirmed my phone number and said someone would call me. What I got was a sms msg with a link to contact them. I clicked the link and it took me to the same phone number I had just called called and only got a sms msg, it's an endless loop. I made an official complaint to SERNAC Chile with is customer support against corporations who abuse their position.
Can you help me with this?
I have used HP products for years when I lived in the states, but I will never buy or recommend one here in Chile now.
