Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my computer upgrading, it took a long time.  I turned power button midway before it completed.  Just because of this, the computer began to stop working.  Every time when turn it on, the screen show "Security boot violation, invalid signature detected.  check secure boot policy in setup"

Press "enter", then it show " Boot device Not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk.  Hard disk (3fo)     F2 system diagnosis.  

Press F2, diagnosis system, it did not show problems.

I tried several methods to solve this problem, but failed.

So I try to use hp factory recovery software to reset the computer.  But I don't know where to download the recovery software on hp website.  Anybody can help me?  Thank you so much.

You can try using the HP Cloud Recovery tool

If that fails then the next best thing is to start fresh with a media tool from Microsoft

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB.
