That's not a lot of information to work with.

 

If it is not a "software" problem with your installed copy of Windows, which it does NOT seem to be in your case, then it is a "hardware" issue:

 

* power-supply is failing, or,

* motherboard is failing, or,

* RAM is failing, or,

* Processor is failing.

 

Only a professional computer technician can do the trouble-shooting.
