I have always problem with win pe booting in hp elite 800 series .
It takes at least 10 minute to boot .
I am using winpe 10 drivers .

On the boot-server, start "measuring". Use the Windows Task Manager to show how busy the CPU is, and the Kbits/second for "outgoing" network traffic (the boot-image).
Check that you have CAT-5e (10/100/1000 Mb/s) cables between your boot-server and your switch, and between the switch and the target PC. Do not use CAT-3 or CAT-5 (10/100) cables.
Check that the switch-port connected to the target PC is not configured to be only 10 Mb/s.

My advice still applies -- login to the system running that deployment service, and measure, and check that the Ethernet cable to the HP PC is CAT-5e or CAT-6.

It's happening only on the same hp 800 model . I have verified all trivial troubleshooting like congestion , duplex settings etc .Once it's booted( winpe) , all the operations like applying image and other application installations after OSD does not have any issue .
