Hi,

 

Please include the screen info. This would be helpful.

 

What happens when you select "F1". F1 is system information.

 

I would say you have a hardware problem. Try running HP diagnostics if possible.

 

Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2".

 

Run system and component tests.
