Product: HP ENVY 700-210xt CTO Desktop PC

I shut down the PC normally, the next day when we turned it on it comes up with an error “your PC did not start correctly“ I’ve tried all the repair, but nothing is working. I do have 8.1 I’m wondering if it has something to do with that.
