Hi:

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

The product specs indicate that your PC comes with a 1 TB 3.5" mechanical hard drive.

You may want to consider replacing the 3.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).

You would need to also purchase a 3.5" to 2.5" hard drive caddy to fit the smaller 2.5" SSD where the currently installed 3.5" drive is.

Your PC also has a M.2 slot that supports the much faster NVMe M.2 2280 SSD's. so you may want to consider replacing the drive with one of those.

After you replace the drive, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Since you have to use another PC to create the bootable recovery media, then you will need to enter the notebook's full product number in the tool's search window, which is: 4JS57EA#ACB
