19 pin connector on MoBo

HP Recommended
EliteDesk G4 705 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone tell me what the empty 19 pin connector near the PCIe slots of my EliteDesk G4 705 SFF is for? It isn't mentioned in the Hardware Reference Guide.

The reason I am asking is that I just purchased a third party WiFi and Bluetooth PCIe card. This requires a 9 pin male USB connection, which it expects to find on the MoBo. I now realise that my PC hasn't got such a connector. I'm wondering if I can use the 19 pin connector with an adaptor cable instead (such as this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-Converter-convertor-motherboard-Gigabyte/dp/B07G6HSKKC/ref=sr_1_13?...).

Thanks.
