Hello.

 

So I will try to go through this quickly basically I got a CPU a few months ago it was a working CPU I checked the compatibility with my motherboard and all of that then I put it in the socket and tried to turn on my PC I got 1 short 2 long or 2 long 1 shot not sure it was like the start of 2021 so I'm asking can it be to the bios version because when I put the old CPU in it works my bios is like 11 years old I think the new version is like 6.11 or 6.10 I'm on 6.05 so yea that just went over my mind and I wanted to ask

 

I do not know what CPU it was it was either a quad-core q8400 q9300 or q9400 

If you want to know I have a Foxconn 2A8C socket: 775 lga chipset: g41

Can you send me a compatible list of cpu's for Foxconn 2a8c the socket is lga775 I'm extremely confused because someone says that it does support quad cores someone says it doesn't
