HP ENVY 23 TouchSmart PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am looking to upgrade my RAM. Crucible says I can use two 8GB DRAMS for a total of 16GB. they also state that i should upgrade my BIOS from version 8.0 to 8.17... HP indicates that version 8.10 is the latest update..

Question:

1) Is there an upgrade to 8.17 available?

2) If not will version 8.10 accept the 2 x 8GB recommended by Crucible?
