Product: 27-cr0024na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an all in one 27-cr0024na last week. Sudenly today turned off. The small light next to where power supply connect to the pc is on but when push the power button, no reaction. I tried to reset by holding power button while unplugged for 20 sec but not helps.

So there is no reaction to pressing the button except the power LED?

 

Was the PC bought new and in  its free (one year) factory warranty period?

Yes it is under warranty just started last 6 days. After a long chat to an assistant they booked a collection with dpd courier if they can fix it in next 19 business days. Without any replacement or polite apologies .Very disappointed to trust this brand.
