Hey team,

I have recently bought a HP Engage Flex Mini Retail System (3V6F5AV) with an Intel Core i5 10Th Gen, and according to the product specifications, it is compatible with one of the three AC Adapters, which i will  list here:

Power:
65 W external power adapter, up to 89% efficiency; 280 W external power adapter, up to 89% efficiency; 90 W external power adapter, up to 89% efficiency, active PFC
Operating humidity range
10 to 90% RH

Now, where i can order that 280W AC adapter, for this desktop, as i'm planing to upgrade the CPU, RAM and the replace the HDD inside the SATA bracket with a SSD, knowing that i already installed two NVME drives and a HDMI module?

Hi @AncientRocks78 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To order a compatible 280W AC adapter for your HP Engage Flex Mini Retail System, you have a few options:

1. HP PartSurfer (For Spare Part Number)

  • Visit the HP PartSurfer website, where you can search for and order parts for HP products. Enter your product number (3V6F5AV) to find compatible accessories and parts.
  • What to Look For: Search the results for the term "Power" or "AC Adapter." Look for the part listed as "280W AC Adapter" or a high-wattage power supply unit.

2. HP Parts Store (For Purchasing)

https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/Default.aspx?mscssid=2D0490C956A04A1280D46A358786D3CC&cc=US&lang=EN&jum...

Once you have the specific Spare Part Number (e.g., L00818-850), you can enter it directly into the HP Parts Store to check availability and pricing in your region.

  • Action: Go to the HP Parts Store website and use the part number you found via PartSurfer to check out.

3. HP Support:

Contact HP Support directly or use their online chat service. They can assist you in purchasing the correct power adapter and provide additional information about availability and pricing.

4. Authorized HP Retailers:

Check with authorized HP retailers or partners in your area. They might have the adapter in stock or be able to order it for you.

Hope this helps resolve your issue.
