Product: HP Compaq 6200 Pro MT PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I just upgraded the RAM and the two 8GB RAM modules (HyperX DDR3 - 1866 Kingston CL9 240-Pin) and the modules are only recognized as 4GB modules with "UNDEFINED" as manufacturer listed in the "HP Support Assistant".

 

It's the same in the BIOS (J01 v02.33), so it's probably not a Windows 10 error (Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Version: 19042.685). Any ideas what else it could be?
