Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure if anyone has experienced anything similar, but on powering up the fans go to full power (or close) and shuts off completely within a second. Then the 90b error is displayed. I have continued to use my laptop since it happened yesterday and everything seems normal once I let it resume booting.

Since then I've installed the BIOS update to F.41 but still no luck. I've tried a hard reset but I'm not sure I'm doing it right (it keeps rebooting after 15 seconds... is that right?)

I've booked it in for repair, but if there's a fix I can do at home that'd be helpful. Any advice would be great!

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
