O BIOS do meu All-In-One reconhece qualquer tamanho de RAM mas o Windows só instala até 2GB. Eu instalo o Windows normalmente com 2GB mas quando acrescento mais RAM ele para na entrada do Windows e trava. Quando eu tento instalar com a RAM maior que 2GB também não instala. Trava tudo. Também já tentei instalar o Windows 11  e ele nem começa a instalação com 2GB porque necessita de  4GB no mínimo. Quando eu acrescento mais RAM, também trava e não instala. O ID do Sistema é "2B0D", data da BIOS "06/21/2018', versão do BIOS "80.21". Por favor, alguém pode me ajudar? Quero usar 8GB de RAM e não consigo. O Windows 10 com 2GB é muito lento!!!!

I have a desktop HP Pavilion23 All-In-One. The System ID is "2B0D", BIOS date "06/21/2018', BIOS version "80.21".  The BIOS recognizes any size of RAM but Windows only installs up to 2GB. I install Windows normally with 2GB but when I add more RAM it stops at the Windows entry and hangs. When I try to install with RAM greater than 2GB it also doesn't install. Lock everything. I've also tried installing Windows 11 and it doesn't even start the installation with 2GB because it requires at least 4GB. When I add more RAM, it also crashes and won't install. Please, can anyone help me? I want to use 8GB of RAM and I can't. Windows 10 with 2GB is very slow!!!!
