Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to know how can i change the frecuency of my memory ram. Ive bouthg a 16GB DDR4 (8x2) 3200Mhz and its running on 2666 Mhz so i wanna know how can i change it. i have the defaul bios hp.
