Actualización de CPU

Hola, la verdad es que tengo el servidor HP PROLIANT ML 350P GEN8 hace ya un tiempo y deseo actualizar el CPU que trae, el cual es el INTEL XEON 2620v1, pero compraron un INTEL XEON 2620v2, y cada vez que intento encenderlo se apaga y parpadea el les correspondiente, como si fuese error de alimentación, pero si pongo el que traía, continúa funcionando.

With the original processor installed, check HP's web-site for a BIOS update, which may add support for the replacement processor. The HP Support Assistant may be used to search for a BIOS update.

After the BIOS update, try installing the replacement processor.
