Can I add a PCI card with USB3 ports to my old HP Pavilion a6665it desktop PC?

Yep, I just did it to my old a6519fh and its working great ! 🙂

I added the 7 port USB 3.0 from QNINE on Amazon.

I did mine in the PCIe 4 slot.

You need a PCIEx4 USB3.0 card. Not a PCI card. That would mean using the PCIEx16 graphic slot.
