Add a SSD m2 nvme in the pcie x16 of a i7 HP compaq pro 6300 sff. Possible?

HP Compaq pro 6300 SFF i7 3770
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I've a desktop HP Compaq pro 6300 SFF i7 3770. I'd like to install a ssd nvme in the x16 pcie port instead of graphics card with a converter like this:

s-l1600.jpg

I read here https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c03387773

that the x16 port is 3.0...

Is it possible?

I have to update the bios?

Thanks
