HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Without taking apart the PC, how do I tell if I can upgrade the RAM to 32GB, and if that's possible, what product should I purchase?

@Paul_Tikkanen,

The OP's HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV) can be fitted with up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600,3200 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.

The OP can therefore use 2 x 16GB RAM modules, preferably a matching (same brand and model) RAM kit for best RAM performance.

One of the very best quality/affordable purchase options today, would be this dual rank (2Rx8) Timetec 2x16GB RAM kit: https://www.amazon.com/Timetec-3200MHz-PC4-25600-Unbuffered-Computer/dp/B07FWLWXJK/ref=sr_1_14?crid=....

Thank you so much.  So I remove the existing ram and add the two 16GB sticks?

Thanks so much for your help.  It is so rare these days to find actual, specific help on a forum.  I really do appreciate your assistance.

You are very welcome.

I will continue to provide actual and specific assistance, based in part on my own experiences upgrading HP computers in my spare time.
