Hello, I have a question,

I was wondering how I would go about adding an HDD. I have some idea in my mind how I wanna do this but I don't know if I'm right or not. In my PC I have 2 slots which I'm assuming is for adding an HDD and inside of each slot, there is a cable labeled HDD which I'm assuming is a SATA cable as it has 6 pins and a cable labeled P4 in the first slot and P5 in the second slot. After some googling, I am assuming that those cables are to provide power to my HDD but I don't know if I'm right so please help.

Please Help Thanks.

@Naz13 , welcome to the Community.

If the cables are SATA power they should be connected to the power supply unit (PSU).  The P in P 4-5 stands for power.  Also, you will need a SATA data cable to connect to an extra SATA port on the motherboard.
