I am trying to find out a new gpu that i can add to my sff HP 705 G1 , i searched the manual and saw it supports old graphic cards and i am trying to find out which cards can i use other than those mentioned in the manual

With the 240W power supply your PC has, I would recommend nothing more than the Nvidia GT 1030 low profile card, which only draws 30W.
