Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a GeForce 9500 GT card and currently have 2 screens operating  nicely.  The card has 2 DVI ports.  Here's where the problems began. I got help to add a VGA splitter to add the third screen, a new Hisense TV (HDMI). The currently operating tv(Proscan 32") has vga & hdmi.  The original 19" Samsung monitor only has vga.  I had read that the GeForce card is dual and can accommmodate another screen on one of its 2 dvi ports.  I have Windows 10...is there a way I can get to 3 screens? I tried replacing the card with a Zotac GT 710, which had an HDMI, VGA and a DVI.  Seemed perfect...downloaded the driver,  but couldn't get more than 1 screen to operate??? Help!!
