Product: HP Desktop Pro A G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP Desktop Pro A G2 machine that has blown up the USB ports and leave one for me to use.
The onboard usb ports at the back are not detecting any device and the front usb ports only allow one usb port to work.
This is my second machine to experience this issue.
I have run hp assistance that loaded all the drivers, run windows updates and the event viewer error don't show anything related.
Has anyone has experienced the same issue with the desktops

Look in Device manager for things that are missing drivers. Then locate the hardware ID to locate drivers for the hardware.
The only other possibility is the USB ports on the motherboard are damaged in some way. Then/or use an PCI-e add-on adapter card to add USB support.
I'm not an HP employee.
