All-in-one model 24-e027c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop that I am using for 6 months is getting overheated and shuts itself down few times a day.

I have Advanced System Care tray on the screen and can see temperature of CPU/GPU/Main board going up and down with Fan speed always about 1700-1730 rpm.

Could you advise what are limits for that model Fan speed? Is Fan speed supposed to vary with the temperature changing?

I can not find service manual for that model 24-e027c on Internet - could you advise where I can get it?

I am using that PC for office work only - no gaming at all. And it works fine except that unfortunate overheating issue.

Your kind advice will be greatly appreciated.

@Busya,

You will be contacted concerning this issue by an HP representative. Usually within 36 hours.

The fan should ramp-up speed. A meager 30 RPM,  IMHO,  is not sufficient.

@Wb2001, thanks for your response.

When you're saying "A meager 30 RPM" - what do you mean? In my post I mentioned the fan speed always between 1700 RPM and 1730 RPM. Is it a low speed? Should it rise with the temperature?

Thank you
