HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Audio Module
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am thinking of buying an HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Audio Module. Are the USB ports on the back of it (where the display ports and everything is) powered? I know that the one on the side is powered but how much power does it output? Can I charge my phone with any of the USB ports on it even when the computer is off? And can the USB ports on the back be able to supply enough power to use Lenovo 500FHD webcam?

I would really appreciate any help you can provide.
