All in One 24-f0027mb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP All-in-one 24-f0027mb and want to add memory to it. I can't figure out how to open the back, The stand does not appear to be removable, And I cannot find any screws holding it together, Help would be greatly appreciated.  The drive is extremely slow and is being utilized at 100 percent most of the time.

@bldoss01 , welcome to the forum.

This is a guide that may help you open the back of the case.  It is rather generic.

That guide does not help. I can find no way to get the stand on my model out. And I can see no screws that can be removed.

Thanks for trying.

You are welcome, @bldoss01!

I can't find any information on removing any parts of the case.  This is unusual for HP computers.  There aren't even any videos online that I can find.
