Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm looking to set up 4 monitors that have VGA and HDMI capbilities, to a HP 700-216 that onl;y has a VGA output, 

Whats the best set up possible or video card to upgrade to, also these monitors should be considered as extended monitors not to see the same screen in all of them

Interesting question 🤔      Is this a stock HP 700-216, ie no GPU or PSU changes ?    Will this be used to normal output, or gaming ?  Do you have a budget ?   A combo VGA and HDMI is rare.

Low end:   GT 710 (19W) 4 HDMI     

 

Mid range: Gigabyte GTX 1650 3HDMI and 1 DP  

requires 400+W PSU (will have the 6 pin PCIe power plug)

Its a stock HP 700-216 , normal output, no limits on budget 🙂

could be a combo or just VGA (which already has one VGA output or just HDMI in this case there is no HDMI with current stock video card)
