Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I own a HP prodesk 600 g5 which has a i7 9700 16gb of ram and 256gb of memory and of course hd graphics 630. Storage is the least of my concerns as i can easily put a 500gb pr 1tb drive in but I'm finding this power consumption/wattage thing kinda preplexing.

My aim is to put a gpu in it. Not necessarily a brand new or latest just anything that will be enough for a few games. Anyway. Would the native psu even be able to push enough current for a LP GTX 1650? Or should i look elsewhere for power supplies. If so what are some PSUs that work with this machine.

My budget is kinda tight right now and can't afford anything too expensive.

So What do you recommend me to go for stock power supply + dedicated gpu or upgraded power supply + dedicated gpu?
