Seeking solution for free repair and parts for HP desktop M01-F1056 under warranty for black screen + high temperature.
HP technical support sent me to Best Buy for "free" repairs and parts, but Best Buy's Geek Squad said $250 and maybe 3 weeks. They do not honor HP one year warranty.
HP Consumer Escalations Team team representative emailed acknowledgement of problem but never got back to me.
Now going on 3rd week without use of less than one year old HP machine. Suggestions?
