Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

Hello. I was wondering if my GPU is fried or am I lacking power from my PSU or is it something else. The PSU is currently at 550w.
I have updated drivers on it and my last resort was to reinstall the OS and now I can't even finish setting up the OS because when I try to log in to the desktop itself it goes black or sometimes screen tears. Then it reboots and now it's a constant cycle of nonstop reboot and errors.  I noticed this problem when I tried to hook up two 4k monitors to my PC. Sadly, the warranty is already over. I did all the troubleshoot I know of. I even benchmarked the GPU to see if it was glitching, but it was running smoothly.  moderate temps but no framedrops or tears.
