I received my Omen back from HP repair and it is just slightly better. Instead of many blue screen I now only get about 1-2 per day. Instead of an Omen I now have an HP Pavillion according to the description supplied by HP Support assistant. When I sent my Omen for repairs I had a Win10 PRO and naturally it came back with Win10 Home. My problem now is that my Pro key is not recognized. In the description sheet accompanying my returned Omen they changed the MB and the 256GB SSD. Every time I have to send it in for repairs they change the MB?
Can anyone help with the PRO ?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
