Brand new HP ProDesk 400 G5 Desktop Mini - Fan constantly running.  Few applications installed.

Hello, if your computer is not hot, it is probably a BIOS settings problem. 

You can access to your BIOS, when rebooting your PC taping F10 key at the black screen. When you are in your BIOS configurator you can check, you need to have an option to disable the fan constantly running.
