Brand new (less than 24 hours) all-in-one, fan constantly on

All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fan runs constantly, at first at full speed then it calmed down. Now it is on constantly but not full speed just goes in and out like a bee buzzing. VERY ANNOYING. Tried updating the BIOS and still buzzing. Computer is less than 24 hours old so there shouldn't be any dust inside to cause the fan to be on constantly.
