The glass screen cracked and the hinge that attaches to the stand snapped. I would love to be able to replace these but I can't find the parts or they aren't available. What can I do? Product number: 2NL12AA#ABG. Thanks!

@Carlie88 , welcome to the forum.
@banhien, can you see if you can help this member find the parts needed? I can't find anything in Australia.

The HP Australia parts site in Australia, same as the warranty site, are very poor. They can't even find my Omen 15 serial number; the machine is just over 2 years old.
The machine is an HP Pavilion 24-r042a, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05795100
As mentioned from its specs, it is for Australia/New Zealand market and parts list
https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=2NL12AA
I can't translate Display information from its specs to part on the parts list. The screen can be 914022-001, 903192-002, 903192-001, 848640-002. I think owner only needs just the Touch Panel Kit - FHD White, MascatoR23 part # 939247-001.
Part 939247-001 is N/A from HP Part Store. eBay could be the right source to buy
https://www.ebay.com/p/12020215573
For the hinge, part # is 939232-001. Ditto
https://www.ebay.com/p/3016798684
Regards.

You are welcome. My grand kids came to see me on weekend after 9 months lock down. My grand daughter could not remember me. I solved the problem by calling her on Viber. She was very happy knowing her real grand father on the phone and real life.

@banhien, this is wonderful, but sad!! We have seen our kids and grandkids from afar, but have not been able to touch since March 1. This is a truly historic year. We are locked-down again for 30 days. The number of COVID cases are higher than they were early this year. Who knows when this will end?
