Hello, This is Yumi. My computer now has a crack inside it and I didn't do anything to it. I never dropped it or anything. I put it on the bed and I went on my phone for a while, when I looked up it was cracked and glitching. I am very confused how my computer can break without me physically breaking it. I wonder if it was overused or it was a bit dirty inside that make it crack. But if you could help me with this issue I would appreciate it. This computer is dead to me and now I can't use it. Please email me with your answer.
