Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

CPU Fan 90B—Repairing automatic repairs, diagnosing your Pc. Doesn’t startup correctly. Restarting doesn’t fix the problem. Does this mean the computer has crashed? Will I be able to obtain my files if my computer has crashed?
