Product: HP Envy 750-610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I see on the site that it says the 1600 and 1700 with power chassis only (not sure if I have that or not). With a bios update  can my motherboard work with 2nd or 3rd gen Ryzen? Also if not can I use the 1700?

The BIOS update does not expand the CPU micro-code for new CPU's.

Will the Ryzen 7 1700 work with my mobo? It says Pavilion power chassis only. No clue what that means.
