I have a HP All-in-One - 20-r100nl (ENERGY STAR); I wanted to know if is there a way to replace my cpu with a new one and if so how can I know which one will be compatible with my motherboard.

The following link shows specs of your machine
It clearly says: The motherboard supports the AMD Kabini E1-6015 APU only. The processor is not upgradable. and System on a Chip (SoC) design – chipset and processor are combined that means the APU is soldered to the system board therefor you have to replace the whole board.
And NO system board is available for your machine which was sold in Italy only.
