Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (2X9U9AV)
i have an omen laptop with ryzen 5 processor...its closing in to 2 years of being purchased and i have a big cooling issue with this laptop. Whenver i put in to charge the laptop the temperature gets to 100 degrees even when im only having 2 browser tabs open and nothing else. I have the fans running at full speed using the omen gaming hub app, yet theres no effect on the temperature. The battery life has reduced to being from 4 hrs to around 1 hr 30 mins. I need a solutiion as i sometimes play valorant in this laptop, but with this high temperature even running my browser is a problem. HELP ❤️
