I have a HP Pavilion 21 which does NOT have an HDMI connection.  I am trying to connect a second monitor.  What cable cord do I use for that?  My second monitor has a VGA connection and the Pavilion only seems to have USB connections.  Is there a cable I can purchase so I can connect my second monitor to my HP Pavilion 21 All-in-one?

Hello
difficult to answer without having the exact model of the computer

If there is no port available, this may not be possible.
unless there is an error in the usb adapters, but never used, I can not say if it is reliable
here is an example :
https://www.amazon.com/CHILTINA-Multi-Display-Converter-Projector-Chromebook/dp/B01DU4LS3K/ref=zg_bs...

if you have no choice but to use a converter, it would be better to seek advice directly from a specialist shop.
Otherwise you risk buying something that does not work
