Can I install a SDD in my Pavilion All-in-one?

I can't find pavilion 27-NZ47c anywhere but HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a227c, its specs

Your machine cold be very close.

 

The above machine has 128GB of M.2 SSD (SATA) plus 1TB of 7200RPM HDD that means it supports dual storage.

 

Looks like your machine only has a mechanical HDD, you can add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine.
