OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5MG70AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product naming is a real mess!  I have an HP Omen Obelisk Desktop 875-0xxx according to Windows System Information.  I have a OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0xxx according to the HP Support Assistant.  The computer physically has 875-0039 on the plate with the serial number.  I have product number:  4NN05AA#ABL - whatever that is.  When your web page gave me a choice (above) is displays OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5MG70AV).  The product upgrade and service for the generic Omen will not download.  MY serial number is 8CG8434QB2.  I need help with upgrading.  I want to replace the 256GB SSD drive with something larger and want to find something that is compatible with  my currently "unknown" system.  I also want to replace the 2 8GB DDR4 RAM with 2 16GB DDR4 RAM.

Its specs

1. Storage: It has 256 GB PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 Solid State now. You can replace it with 1TB or 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD using standard PCEe 3x4 SSD's such as   https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/nvme-ssd/970-evo-plus-nvme-m-2-ssd-1tb-mz-v7s1t0bw/

2. RAM: The specs is not shows it has 1x16Gb or 2x8GB now I think it has 1x16GB now. You can upgrade to 32GB by adding 1x16GB or using 2x16GB . You have to open your machine to check first, you can also use a tool called CPU-Z to check (no need to open the case) For example slot 1, and slot 2 is the same for my machine.

This was an awesome and timely response.  I've also been considering using a 1TB SSD on the SATA interface.  I don't use my system for gaming but do a lot of intense machine learning.  Was wondering if you might have an opinion on that?  Either way, SO many thanks!
