Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I add an SSD hard drive (HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b158ur monoblock)? And which one is better if possible?

@Ilia1985 , welcome to the Community.

There is no M.2, SSD, socket on the motherboard.  Therefore, you will have to replace the existing hard drive (HDD) with a SSD.  Here is one that should work for you: https://www.newegg.com/samsung-1tb-870-evo-series/p/N82E16820147793

The best way to transition from the HDD to the SSD is using a USB adapter like this one: https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-SATA-USB-Cable-USB3S2SAT3CB/dp/B00HJZJI84/ref=asc_df_B00HJZJI84/...

You will install the Samsung Data Migration software that comes with the SSD on your hard drive.  Connect the new SSD using the adapter to the USB 3.0 port on your computer.  Run the Data Migration software.  It will ask for the Target drive and you will select the SSD.  Once the hard drive (HDD) is cloned to the SSD, you will remove the hard drive and install the SSD.  Then, change the boot priority in the BIOS/UEFI to the SSD and boot.  It should boot without any changes to the BIOS/UEFI.
