Hello everyone. Does this pre build support a Gtx1660? Does it have a PCI-E Power connector?

Its spece

         https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/c07033862

which shows it has

  • One PCI Express Gen 3 x16
  • One PCI Express Gen 3 x1
  • Two M.2 expansion slots (one for WLAN and one for SSD)
    • One M.2 socket 1, Key A
    • One M.2 socket 3, Key M, (2280/2242)

You can use spare  PCIe slot for a video card but the GTX 1660 requies 450 W PSU,

                      https://www.nvidia.com/en-au/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1660-ti/#specs

your machine currently only has 400W therefore you would need new PSU too

.

Regards.
