Product: Hp prodesk 400 g3 sff
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I have a hp prodesk 400 g3 sff and over my time I've made some upgrades to it, like introducing a GT 1650, upgrading to 16gb ram, getting a SSD, and I want to make another upgrade but I'm not sure if I can, im currently running with a i7 6th gen but I want to upgrade to a i5 9th gen, they have the same 1151 socket but I'm not sure if it will work, I don't see why it wouldn't work but I'd love to do the upgrade as I'm a gamer and would love that extra performance.

Hi:

 

The model series only supports the Intel 6th Generation core processors, so anything newer than that won't work.
